Out Of The Sea

An early Sunday morning I did one of the last outdoor-shoots for this year for an exhibition at Beyond Retro (secondhand-store at Åsögatan, Stockholm).

Since the weather this time of year isn't the best & the light (if it can be called light) is but a few hours per day, the poor models (Isolde, Rosanna, Matilda, Adam) & the two make up artists Anna & Veronica & the hairstylist Sofie had to meet up really early on Sunday morning at Preston Hair to do the hair & make. The stylist Jenny & me & my two assistants were picked up a few hours later - lucky us!!

It was a very exciting day! A great team & good energy! We didn't know really what to expect weatherwise, concerning the location, the styling, the models or anything! Shooting, filming (for the first time), using smoke & just going bananas! We did a lot of freestyling & hoping for the rain not to start pooring down.. Everyone were freezing, especially the models in their thin outfits, but what great work they did!! I wouldn't wanna be in their shoes!.. We had to move very efficiently & unfortunately the rain came as promised at 1 o'clock so we called it a day.

Now I'm waiting for the final choices to be made so I can start with the retouch & start editing the video & 'do some magic' as we say : )
