From disaster to amazing

Last Sunday we had a photoshoot which we had been planning for almost a month, a long and intense month. It seems as if the more you plan something the more it goes wrong. The first 4 hours it seemed as if everything that could possibly go wrong did.

At 8.00 am when the model didn't show up, we thought her train was delayed but found out that she was home sick without her agency telling us. So there we were, an early Sunday morning without cellphonenumbers to the modelagents (will never happen again), 6 persons waiting on stand-by to find a replacer, and me half-sick from a cold - not the best day for things to go wrong! Especially when several magazines are waiting for the result..

But finally, after waking up several people we found a model who I have worked with once before, the wonderful Cecilia, who jumped on the train and came to our rescue!

Some things are just meant to be. The whole team agreed this could not have ended any better!

From disaster to glorious we had our shoot, and 15 hours later we put the model in a taxi to get her to the last train for the night and called it a day.

A fantastic, exciting, funny, hard working, amazing day! This was without question the best team I have ever worked with! Everyone was remarkable, focused, inspired, happy - freeking wonderful!

I lost my voice from laughing (and from my cold) but it was so worth it!
